Managing Partners

Conrad Bates has over seventeen years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing and he has delivered large scale public and private sector solutions in Australia, the U.S., New Zealand, Taiwan, the Netherlands and China.

Conrad led the Public Sector BI Strategy Practice for IBM Global Business Services and has held consulting roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and NCR.

Conrad has for the last 2 years been a director of C3 Business Solutions; a specialist BI consultancy focused on developing and delivering large scale BI projects that result in successful business outcomes for clients.

 

Cameron Wall has over seventeen years of experience in Information Technology, with over twelve years specialising in Business Intelligence solutions in the finance, telecommunications, retail and public sectors.

Having worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Cameron has led large scale, complex business intelligence solutions with budgets in excess of $90M, with over 100 people including IBM staff, client and third party contractors.

Cameron led the BI delivery practice for IBM Global Business Services before starting C3 with fellow business partner Conrad Bates in 2007.

Cameron is a specialist program and project manager with a wealth of technical knowledge delivering BI solutions on a wide range of tools and technologies.

Kathy Holland has over twenty-two years of experience in information management, with 10 years in Business Intelligence solutions in the energy, finance, telecommunications, retail and public sectors.

Kathy has led the Business Change Management (BCM) stream of large scale and complex BI implementations of up to and over 5,000 users in some of Australia's largest companies. She has developed strategies and implementation approaches that have enabled IT and Business to work closely together, resulting in long term successful solutions.

Kathy is a specialist business change manager with a wealth of experience working with the business to managing impacts and implementing strategies and solutions associated with process, people, and culture and technology changes.

 

Steve Psichalos has over twenty years of experience in Information Technology, with a deep legacy in business development and account management.

He has deep knowledge in Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, from sales and strategy through to implementation and ongoing support.

Steve is regarded as a "thought leader" in BI and advises clients on how best to leverage business intelligence technology to deliver desired business outcomes.

He has held multiple roles over his career, leading large teams in both a management and project delivery context in consulting and outsourced services.

 

Blair Delzoppo has over 14 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data warehousing and has delivered large-scale public and private sector solutions in Australia, the United Kingdom and Spain.

Blair was a leader in the BI Practice of Wipro Consulting Services in Europe, the BI Practice for IBM Global Business Services in Sydney and has held consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect.

Blair has managed projects for clients in various industries ranging from six through to 125 members with budgets of up to $20M. He has supervised and reviewed all aspects of the delivery life cycle from strategy and requirements analysis through to delivery.

Blair's focus is on assisting clients to develop Business Intelligence strategies, and then designing and implementing solutions which maximise the use of information. His areas of specialty are BI strategy, solution design, data management and BI architecture.

 

Tony Kenney has over thirteen years of experience in the architecture, development and management of projects, using a wide range of technologies.

With nine years specialising in data warehousing and data migration, Tony has project managed and architected entire end-to-end data warehouse solutions.

Tony has worked in many industries including retail, defence and telecommunications and before joining C3, spent 12 months instructing internal consultants in PwC's Information Technology methodology and PwC's data warehousing methodology.

 

Alister Lee has thirteen years of professional services experience focusing on systems integration and business change projects. Most recently his roles have focused on test program management and data migration.

His clients have included major Australian corporations in the banking, industrial and retail sectors.

Alister specialises in IT project governance process implementation and for the last three years has led the development of a project governance software solution.

 

Sumeet Balgovind has over ten years of experience in management consulting; leading project teams that deliver complex business intelligence implementations within rapid timeframes.

With a depth of experience in both business analysis and systems implementations, Sumeet is able to manage both business needs and technology limitations.

Sumeet has also managed many Data Integration and Analytical Application phases across multiple client work packages, vendors & solution partners, building incremental value and ensuring business outcomes are realised.

Sumeet is also a specialist in geospatial solutions and the Cognos 8 Suite of products; building performance management capabilities that enable organisations to optimise their decision making processes.

 

Chris Michell has nine years of experience working as a consultant in Business Intelligence in Australia and overseas.

He has significant experience in analysis and requirements definition and subsequent design, as well as Business Transition Management activities including change management as well as stakeholder and communication management.

Chris's primary technical expertise is in delivering Business Intelligence analytic and reporting applications in technologies such as Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, Cognos and Alphablox.

Chris's data warehousing expertise also extends to significant SQL and ETL experience with DB2 and Oracle database management systems using custom PL/SQL as well as vendor products such as IBM WebSphere Datastage and Oracle Warehouse Builder.
